Thank you for your interest in a cooking demonstration! Just Food offers cooking demonstrations through its Community Food Education program. The two hour cooking demonstrations are led by Just Food Community Chefs and focus on local and seasonal cooking. Please see below for basic information about the cooking demonstration.

Join Just Food and partners Whole Foods Market (Bowery Location) and Ger-Nis Culinary & Herb Center (Park Slope) for local, seasonal cooking classes to inspire the whole family. Led by NYC’s most engaging farm-to-table chefs, authors, and educators, these classes are guaranteed to get your creative juices flowing. Proceeds from both series support Just Food.

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups packed Salad Greens  (pick 1 or more below)
  • Salad Options (Pick 3 to 5 categories below)
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil, salt and ground black pepper, 2 Tbsp.
