VEGGIE TIPSHEETS PROJECT

Help Just Food Update the Veggie Tipsheets

The Veggie Tipsheets is a comprehensive toolkit with information on the selection, storage and preparation of over 100 vegetables, fruits, and herbs grown in the New York area. It includes additional information on healthy eating, preserving the harvest, and conducting cooking demonstrations. We distribute tipsheets at our farmers markets, CSAs, and food pantries through our community chef program. Just Food is updating the Tipsheets with new recipes and resources and translating them into Spanish, and we need your help!
