The CSA in NYC Toolkit provides guidance on how to start and manage a Community Supported Agriculture project in New York City. Files on the CD are organized by topic making them easy to navigate and easy to share among core group members. The Toolkit contains materials that are complimentary to the lessons learned through Just Food's CSA in NYC Start-Up Workshop series. It is designed for non-profit organizations, congregations, volunteers and other groups that are seeking to provide their communities with access to high quality, affordable food through a direct market relationship with a local farmer.
