Trainings:

1) Training of Trainers

This two day workshop will teach you how to plan and conduct an interactive workshop, training techniques, facilitation skills, and adult learning principles.

Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (both days)

Location: Teachers College Columbia University, 535 W. 120 th Street, New York, NY

2) Cooking Demonstration Workshops

This series will provide you with the knowledge and skills to conduct a cooking demonstration including the importance of local, seasonal food; basic culinary techniques; how to talk about healthy eating; recipe selection and creation; food storage and preparation; and food safety.
